**Drop My Voice User Policy Agreement**

This User Policy Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of the “Drop My Voice” Software Service (the “Service”) provided by Drop My Voice (the “Company”).

1. **Acceptance of Terms**: By accessing and using the Service, the user (“You”) agree to abide by this Agreement as well as any other policies or guidelines provided by the Company.

2. **Prohibited Conduct**: You agree not to use the Service for any illicit or illegal purposes. You shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to those governing the use of SMS and voicemails. Any use of the Service in violation of such laws, rules, and regulations, or any of the prohibitions in this Agreement, will be regarded as a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of your access to and use of the Service.

3. **Limitation of Liability**: The Company and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Service.

4. **Changes to this Agreement**: The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
